Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using the cataya platform. By creating an account or accessing any cataya service, you agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.
1.1 These Terms govern all access to and use of the cataya platform, including the website located at cataya.asia, all associated mobile-optimized pages, game content, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support functions operated by cataya.
1.2 By completing the cataya registration process, logging in to an existing cataya account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity on the cataya platform, you are deemed to have unconditionally accepted these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including the cataya Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1.3 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. cataya will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 You must notify cataya immediately through the live chat support channel if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach affecting your cataya credentials.
3.5 cataya accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your cataya account or any account balance to any other person.
4.1 cataya accepts deposits through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards. cataya reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods at any time.
4.2 The minimum deposit on the cataya platform is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Maximum deposit limits may be applied at the payment method level or at the cataya account level.
4.3 All deposits to your cataya account must come from payment instruments that are legally registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts — whether belonging to family members, friends, or any other person — are prohibited.
4.4 cataya does not accept payments made using cryptocurrency or any digital asset not explicitly listed in Section 4.1.
4.5 cataya is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider in connection with deposits. Processing times may vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your cataya wallet within seconds under normal operating conditions.
5.1 Withdrawal requests on cataya may be submitted at any time from your account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this Section. cataya aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes described below, subject to verification requirements.
5.2 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. cataya reserves the right to require withdrawal to a verified bank account in certain circumstances.
5.3 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of request approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
5.4 cataya may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, bonus wagering completion, or anti-fraud review. cataya will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected player promptly.

5.6 cataya reserves the right to offset any outstanding amounts owed by a player — including chargeback claims, reversed deposits, or bonus abuse-related adjustments — against pending withdrawal requests.
6.1 cataya may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all cataya bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the amount that must be staked (as a multiple of the bonus, deposit, or both) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
6.3 Bonuses credited to your cataya account must be used within the stated validity period. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

10.1 cataya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the cataya platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the cataya Privacy Policy.
10.2 cataya may be required by applicable Philippine law — including requirements under the Anti-Money Laundering Act and PAGCOR compliance directives — to disclose player information to regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Such disclosures are not breaches of the cataya Privacy Policy.
10.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, and in certain circumstances deletion of your personal data held by cataya. Such requests should be directed to cataya's support team.
11.1 cataya strictly enforces the 21-year age minimum for all accounts. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed and any remaining balance forfeited.

12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cataya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the cataya platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
12.3 cataya's aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their cataya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits cataya's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by cataya's negligence.
13.1 cataya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any cataya account — with or without prior notice — where:
13.2 Upon account closure for breach, cataya may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original payment method.
13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their cataya account may do so by contacting cataya support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
14.1 In the event of a dispute regarding any cataya game outcome, transaction, or account action, you must submit a formal complaint to cataya support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated.

14.4 cataya's internal dispute resolution process is the first step in resolving any complaint. Players who are not satisfied with cataya's response may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
15.1 These Terms and all matters arising from or connected to your use of the cataya platform are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 You and cataya irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through cataya's internal dispute resolution process.
16.1 cataya may update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be notified to registered players via the contact details held on their cataya account, and updated Terms will be published on the cataya website with a revised effective date.
16.2 If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the cataya platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 13.3. Continued use of the cataya platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
